    Yes, the two-week onsite component in San Francisco is mandatory. It provides critical in-market exposure, networking, and investor visibility. The remaining 10 weeks are conducted remotely.

    Can I bring a co-founder or colleague to San Francisco?

    Yes. Program fees include office space and TechCrunch Disrupt tickets for two team members. Travel and lodging are not included.

    What is the cost of the program?

    The program fee is €25,000 and includes:

    • Full program participation
    • Approximately 2,000 qualified contacts for prospecting

      Payment terms: 50% upon admission, 50% due before the start.
    How much time should I reserve?

    What if I’m not ready for the U.S. yet?

    USA Launching Pad offers a shorter validation program called Market Discovery to assess readiness and build your go-to-market plan with investor-grade data. There is a program in fall 2025 as well, and you can apply here. You can also apply to a future Tenity-USA cohort.

    What if I’m already selling in the USA?

    This program is designed for U.S. market entries. If you already have growing U.S. sales, we recommend USA Launching Pad’s Market Penetration Program to scale and grow your U.S. sales operations.

    What is the expected outcome of the program?

    You will walk away with:

    • A tested U.S. value proposition
    • A CRM of 2,000+ targeted leads

    How is this different from other U.S. accelerator programs?

    This program is not pitch-focused. It is designed to execute customer discovery, build a pipeline, and refine your GTM strategy based on real U.S. market signals. Think execution, not theory. Expect contact with potential U.S. customers, not coaches and mentors.

    Who will I be working with during the program?

    Your main point of contact is a U.S.-based program manager from the USA Launching Pad team ("U.S. employee #1"). You’ll also interact with USA Launching Pad’s founders, senior GTM advisors, subject matter experts, and Tenity’s global startup team.

    What industries or company types are best suited for this program?

    B2B tech startups and scaleups in sectors like FinTech, InsurTech, RegTech, AI, SaaS, digital health, IoT, and other hardware, with some home market traction and the capacity to engage in an intensive U.S. launch program.

    What is the application process?

    Apply online [here]. Selected teams will be invited for a screening call. After your application is approved, confirm your spot with a signed agreement and a 50% deposit. Early application is recommended.

    How do I prepare for the program?

    You don’t need to prepare anything. Once admitted to the program, you will receive information and pre-work assignments. These will take 4-5 hours to complete.

    How is this different from doing it on your own?

    If this is your first U.S. expansion, doing it on your own carries high risks: it may take much longer than expected and cost more than planned. The USA Launching Pad team specializes in U.S. expansions and has built a proven methodology, providing a working environment optimized for customer discovery and scaling up sales in the U.S.

    What if I already know what my U.S. customers want?

    If your customers in the USA are mostly pilots, POCs, and your U.S. sales are not rapidly growing, you should strongly consider this program to further de-risk and accelerate your U.S. expansion. If you have rapidly growing sales in the USA, this program may not be for you. In that case, consider USA Launching Pad’s Market Penetration Program.
