Tenity Backs Adclear in £2.1M Seed Round to Transform AI-Driven Compliance

We’re excited to announce Tenity participation as co-investor in Adclear’s latest funding round, led by Outward VC with participation from AFG Partners and and returning investors Haatch and Force OverMass and a strong group of angels, including Dan Cobley (founder of ClearScore) Keith Grose (investing via a16z’s scout program) and Ventures Together, in Adclear’s £2.1m seed round.

Adclear is the AI-powered compliance platform trusted by leading banks and fintechs including Lloyds, PensionBee, Plum, Yonder, and InvestEngine. Theplatform automates the compliance checks financial institutions must make on all marketing and product communications, helping teams ensure everything they share with customers meets regulatory standards while providing a full audit trail. On average, Adclear reduces review times by 88%, freeing compliance teams from repetitive manual reviews and allowing marketing teams to move at modern speed.
