The HackZone by Allianz Program is back with its 5th batch, offering an exceptional opportunity for growth-stage startups aiming to transform the insurance industry. Designed as a six-month journey, HackZone provides startups with tools, resources, masterclasses, and mentorship to scale their solutions and compete on a global level. Supported by Allianz Türkiye and Tenity, the program focuses on fostering innovative solutions in artificial intelligence & machine learning, financial consultancy, digital health, and combating climate change in 2025.
The program recently received the Silver Sardis Award for the “Most Innovative Acceleration and Incubation Program” showcasing its contributions to the startup ecosystem.
Previously conducted as a 1-month Open Insurance Program and 6-month Scale Up Accelerator Program, HackZone Programs were unified under the HackZone by Allianz brand as of 2025.
This year, HackZone takes innovation a step further, offering selected startups the chance to work with Allianz’s advanced APIs, engage in personalized mentorship from over 50 Allianz experts, and access an exclusive network of 600+ Tenity ecosystem investors and mentors. Participants will also receive a generous PoC support grant of 400,000 TL per startup, along with perks worth over $300,000.
These resources are designed to enable startups to develop cutting-edge solutions in areas like preventive healthcare, AI-powered ESG scoring, cybersecurity, and financial literacy enhancement.
Applications for the program are open until December 12, 2024, with the selection process culminating in a Selection Day event on December 18. Only advanced-stage startups with tested products are eligible, ensuring that participants are primed to benefit fully from the program’s offerings.
The HackZone Program does not take equity from startups, providing an entirely cost-free platform for scaling up. It’s a unique opportunity for startups to explore partnerships with Allianz Türkiye while preparing for potential funding through introductions to VCs and angel investor networks.
The program, running from January to June 2025, is packed with value-driven activities, including workshops, networking sessions, and market access opportunities. This hands-on approach ensures that participants not only develop their solutions but also build lasting connections within the insurance ecosystem. The Sardis Award recognition reflects the program’s success in driving measurable outcomes, with 34 PoCs produced in previous batches, 11 of which have been implemented, setting a benchmark for innovation.
HackZone by Allianz is more than just a program; it’s a launchpad for startups to achieve sustainable growth and meaningful industry impact. With its focus on collaboration, mentorship, and innovation, HackZone continues to shape the future of InsurTech and beyond. For those ready to redefine their industries, HackZone offers the resources, expertise, and network to make it happen.
Applications are now open—don’t miss the chance to be part of this award-winning initiative. Visit the HackZone website or contact me for more details.
